Banquet halls, terraces and gazebos for celebrations of every size.
For weddings and celebrations there are the terrace, the dining hall, the mirror banquet hall, the white gazebo, the fireplace rooms and the summer gazebo. Which one suits depends on the season, the number of guests and how the day is planned.
Your wedding day
A wedding photoshoot without leaving the estate.
The park, the gazebos by the pond and the terraces make settings for photos on the green grounds of Villa Vita. Agree the spots and timing with the manager along with the hall and seating.

Cottages for the couple and their guests
There are 14 cottages on the estate. Choose one for getting ready before the ceremony, or for the night after the reception. Availability on your date and the rate are agreed separately.
Weddings at Villa Vita
Photos, dinner and dancing in one place
A wedding is one of the most exciting days of your life, and you want everything to be perfect: the dress, the bouquet, the mood and, of course, the venue. The right restaurant is one of the keys to a celebration people will remember for years.
At Villa Vita everything is close at hand: banquet halls for any number of guests, the terrace and the White gazebo for a summer celebration, and a park with paths, fountains and a bridge for photos. Guests never have to travel between venues — the photo shoot, dinner and dancing all happen in one place.
For a large wedding there is the Dining hall for 200 guests; for a more intimate one, the Mirror hall for 40–70. In summer you can celebrate on the terrace with up to 90 guests or in the White gazebo with up to 35.
Our kitchen prepares the banquet menu with its own sauces, cured meats and pastries, and our pastry shop can make the wedding cake to your own design. For the newlyweds and guests who want to stay until morning, there are cottages.

How many guests can you seat?
From an intimate evening for 8-20 in the fireplace rooms to a full reception for 200 in the dining hall (up to 350 standing). The mirror hall seats 40-70, the terrace up to 90 and the white gazebo up to 35. See all the halls.

Do you have your own set menus?
Yes - three set menus at UAH 3,500, 4,000 and 4,500 per guest. We confirm the terms and any changes to the dishes for your date. See the set menus.
Can we come and see the place?

How far is it from Kyiv?
The estate is 8-10 km from the city, about 10 minutes from Teremky metro, on the Kyiv-Odesa highway. There is parking on site, so guests can drive.
What is there for guests during the day?
The estate has a pool, a wood-fired sauna and a hot tub, parkland with a fountain and a play area for children. Pool and Sauna and hot tub.
