Who is responsible for your data
www.villavita.kiev.ua belongs to the Villa Vita country estate: 1 Kyiv–Odesa highway, km 21, Vita-Poshtova, Ukraine. The estate decides how data received through the website is used.

What we receive
What you enter in the request form yourself:
- your name and phone number
- the service you are interested in, the date you have in mind and the number of guests
- your comment, if you added one
Along with your request, the site passes on how you found us: a Google or Facebook ad, a search engine or another website, and the page you started on. This shows us which advertising brings guests. Your browser keeps this only while the site's tab is open.
When you call us or write on Telegram, we see your number or profile and what you tell us.
If you accept cookies, analytics services also receive technical data: which pages you opened, how you scrolled and where you clicked, your device and browser, and an approximate city based on your IP address. If you also send a request, Google and Meta receive your phone number in hashed (encrypted) form, to match the request with the advertising you saw. This data does not include your name.
Why we need it
- To contact you about your request, work out the price and confirm the booking.
- To see which pages are useful to guests and improve the website. Only if you accept cookies.
- To show Villa Vita ads to people who have already shown interest in the estate. Also only with your consent.
We do not sell your data, and we do not send newsletters without your separate permission.
Who receives it
A request from the website goes to the estate's managers on Telegram or by email, and only to those responsible for the service you chose. Your name, phone number, the service and how you found us are also recorded in the estate's working spreadsheet in Google, where we note whether a booking was made.
If you accept cookies, the technical data is processed by Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads), Microsoft (Clarity), Binotel (call tracking) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram) under their own privacy policies. Their servers may be outside Ukraine.
The contacts page includes a Google map. It loads from Google's servers, and Google may set its own cookies. Links to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube lead to sites with their own policies.
Cookies
On your first visit the website asks whether you allow cookies for analytics and advertising. Until you click "Accept", no analytics or advertising code is loaded.
Your choice is saved in your browser so we don't ask every time. You can change it at any time with the button below or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
Request details are kept for as long as we need to handle the request and hold your event. After that we delete them. In the working spreadsheet, your name and phone number are erased automatically a year after the request. Analytics data is kept by Google and Meta under their own rules.
Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection you can:
- find out what data we hold about you and how we use it
- correct inaccurate data
- ask us to delete your data
- withdraw your consent to cookies
- complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights
To use these rights, write to us at villavitarest@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days.
How we protect it
The website works only over a secure HTTPS connection. Requests are seen only by the staff who handle them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page.
